love this hotel very much. location is very near to everything. most importantly they have their own 2 storey parking which is rare in Georgetown 馃槀.staff also very friendly. we have great experience there.

Very good location with lots of food options, convenience stores and entertainment at the doorsteps. Great to explore the historic George Town on foot. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only issue is the air conditioning. Even after the technician came to "fix" it's still not cold. Maybe it's due to the age of the property and old air conditioning system. Not much can be done. I switched the aircon to lowest 10掳C but it felt like 28掳C at best the whole day, even at night. Another issue was the poor TV reception with bad image distortions. So I'll think twice about staying here again even though the rest are satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay at Cititel hotel. The front desk personnel, Mr Bani was very caring and nice, always enquiring if we needed any assistance. We had to trouble him over some minor issues and he handled it expeditiously, with a warm and smiling face. Also wish to complement Technician Nasreen for assisting me to unlock my luggage when I had some problem with it. Generally the hotel staff are all very courteous and you can be sure we shall be back there again.

location is really good. But Klook really needs to improve with regards to the Tourism Tax. I was initially charged a second time at the hotel counter for the Tourism Tax, bcos other platforms like Agoda have a separate pdf which specifies that the Tourism Tax has been paid. However, Klook鈥檚 Tourism Tax statement is in small print inside the main document, making it more difficult for the hotel to recognise.
