Two days before departure, we received a call from the car dealer via WhatsApp asking about the optional 300km itinerary. We had originally seen the recommendation of the GuanSA rest stop on the Internet. On the day of departure, Master Fan reviewed our itinerary and asked us if we would consider the Plateau SA, which would be just the right time for lunch and a view of the White Mountains. It is true that we need to listen to professional advice. The food at the Plateau SA is simple and delicious. There was an elderly person who was prone to motion sickness in our group, but Master Fan drove steadily and the whole family had a great time.

We stayed here during the middle of our 2.5 week stay in Japan. We had a suite and my family was so excited at the massive apartment size. Teens will appreciate some privacy and there was a separate room for our snorer. Close to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Daughter got food poisoning and they were very accommodating to let us book another night and not change rooms. Stalk up on meds at the pharmacy ahead of time as stores may close early

The location is a little further from the station than expected, and it is not completely easy to pull the suitcase there (especially on rainy days). But the hot spring facilities are good, the staff are friendly, and they also provide welcome drinks, with a choice of beer, green tea, juice or coffee!

The hotel is in a great location, only a one-minute walk from the station. The room has everything. Next time I come to Takayama, I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are very good, there are indoor and outdoor baths, and you can see free beer. It is not far from Takayama Train Station and is convenient to go anywhere.

As we were expecting to check in late for 1 night, we only looked for a comfortable and clean bed and room, but it was very good value for money even though we arrived at around 11pm. But we were given a parking space, the room was not big enough, the bed was clean and comfortable, and there was a big bathroom. If you don't have high requirements and it's cheap, this one will definitely satisfy you👍🏼
