This Mount Fuji tour was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of my trip to Japan! Everything was well organised, the scenery was breathtaking, and we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The best part of the experience was our guide, Linda. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day so much fun. She shared interesting facts about the places we visited, kept everyone informed, and was always happy to answer questions. Her positive energy and kindness made the tour even more memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking about doing a Mount Fuji tour, I highly recommend this one—and if you’re lucky enough to have Linda as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable day!

Even though Mt. Fuji didn’t show herself today because of the weather, we still had such an enjoyable and memorable trip. Our driver, Xiao Quan, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He guided us to the best spots, gave clear directions on where to go, and pointed out must‑see places that made the day feel complete despite the clouds. We also loved his humor — his jokes kept the mood light and fun throughout the tour. And the rice snacks he shared with us at the end were so delicious, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. Xiao Quan’s kindness, attentiveness, and great energy truly made the experience worthwhile. We highly recommend this tour, and especially him, to anyone visiting the area.

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. The hotel pickup from Tokyo was so convenient and stress-free. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver's skills were excellent. His explanation of Mount Fuji's history was very interesting. We saw the snow-capped mountain perfectly on a clear day and visited all the popular spots in one day. A perfect experience!

We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

what a fantastic day trip to see Mount Fuji. We got really lucky with the weather and Fuji was clearly visible all day. We were taken to all the best vantage points to get the best photos and were allowed just the right amount of time at each. Jeffery our guide was excellent, he was easy to find at the meeting point and at the arranged time and he took us to the most amazing restaurant for lunch. We would highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Japan.
