⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing experience! Our trip to Mt. Fuji today was fantastic. Everything was perfectly organized, and the team, driver, and tour guide were all punctual, professional, and very accommodating. Their excellent coordination made the entire journey comfortable and stress-free. We were fortunate enough to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji even though it is the rainy season. I participated in a solo Mount Fuji sightseeing tour and it was a truly satisfying experience. Since I was traveling alone, taking photos wasn't easy, but our guide, Mr. Ohashi Heiki, thoughtfully took many pictures for me, allowing me to create wonderful memories. He provided interesting and friendly explanations throughout the journey, so there was never a dull moment. I enjoyed the tour so much that time just flew by. It was an excellent tour! Our guide, Will, was very attentive and explained about the history of Mt. Fuji. It wasn’t visible for the entire day but we were still able to get great views of it and visit places that would’ve been hard to do on your own.

Six of us men visited, and thanks to our guide, we had a truly comfortable and enjoyable time. As we moved between tour locations, the guide shared interesting stories about each attraction, so there was never a dull moment. What we liked best was that the guide pointed out hidden photo spots! Thanks to this, we took many great group photos with Mount Fuji in the background. Our entire group felt energized by the guide's bright energy and positive reactions. We sincerely thank you for your thoughtful care and kindness until the very end. If we have another chance, we would definitely like to book again!
We were guided by Ms. Hathaway and really happy with the experience. I like how this tour starts earlier than others (7.30AM from Tokyo Station), so it wasn't very crowded when we got to each spot. Managed to take a lot of good pictures and enjoyed the scenery despite the short duration of this trip, as the timing was quite efficient. Our guide also gives a lot of fun facts and stories about Japan which I found interesting. She helped us took photos in front of the Fuji Mountain as well. Even though some of the participants in this tour weren't very punctual, Ms. Hathaway was very patient and professional. She's so nice and even gave me some mochi snacks on the bus because I'm pregnant. Overall, this was a very memorable trip and I'm really satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

March is when spring mists begin to roll in and the skies become cloudier, making Mount Fuji so elusive that there's a joke in Japanese travel communities that you'd have to have saved a country in a past life to see it. But perhaps it was because I was with Coco-san?! I felt incredibly lucky. Photographers from all over the world visit multiple times just to capture Mount Fuji, yet on my very first visit, I was able to photograph a perfect Mount Fuji from a prime photo spot! You know that swans are considered auspicious and sacred, right? They mate for life and travel in pairs, and I was so happy to capture them forming a heart shape. Don't hesitate—there aren't many tours where you can photograph swans. The tour itself was smooth and efficient, the language was perfect, and our guide was so kind and always kept the atmosphere bright, which I believe contributed to me getting that perfect shot of Mount Fuji!
I would say one of the most interactive and informative klook tours we have ever taken..Hathaway or Shang San is very knowledgable and fun at the same time..Am quite impressed with her propensity with all 3 major languages Japanese, Chinese and English…I highly recommend this Mt Fuji tour especially with Hathaway as the tour guide to assist the group..

The day before departure, between 20:00–21:00, you will receive an email with your guide and vehicle information (may go to your spam folder). Please be sure to check it promptly and keep your communication channels open. There may be slight delays during peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified by email whether the tour is canceled by 18:00 local time the day before departure.
Seating and Vehicles This is a shared tour, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation. The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people in the group and cannot be specified. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be briefer. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles cannot be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from 5,000–10,000 JPY/hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event that facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited, or the duration of the stay will be adjusted. No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.
Seasons and Scenery Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking. Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak foliage may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
* This tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.
* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be given, and passengers will have to bear the cost of returning or additional accommodation.
* During peak travel periods such as Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
