This was my first trip to Bali, and since I wanted to explore as many places as possible, I chose a private tour — and it turned out to be perfect.
It was a special mother-daughter trip, and since we’re not into water activities, we skipped those but visited just about everything else!
Arguna was incredibly kind and professional — he guided us with care, helped take photos, and patiently waited while my mom enjoyed souvenir shopping. Thanks to him, our entire trip felt relaxed and effortless.
Honestly, driving in Bali looks impossible unless you're a local — and Arguna is absolutely the best driver! From early morning until late at night, all we had to do was enjoy the sights in comfort.
If we visit Bali again, I’ll definitely contact Arguna. We had such a wonderful time and left Bali with happy memories.
For first-timers, I highly recommend the 3-day private tour + Nusa Penida (especially if you love water activities)!

We booked the 2-day Bali tour and it was a great experience! The itinerary gives you a nice taste of Bali’s highlights, especially if you’re short on time. Everything was well-organized and smooth.
Our driver and guide Putu was fantastic—punctual, very friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the trip. He made us feel comfortable, shared useful insights about each place, and was flexible with our preferences. His professionalism and warm personality really made the tour more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see a lot of Bali in just a couple of days!

This is my first time in Bali, and I'm having a wonderful trip thanks to our guide, Sanjaya!
He's incredibly kind, and his guidance and explanations are so thorough and informative that they've greatly enhanced my overall travel experience.
In particular, there was a lot of traffic on the way, which made our lunchtime late, but Sanjaya quickly adjusted the schedule so we could have a satisfying meal without feeling hungry and enjoy the rest of our itinerary. I sincerely thank you again for your thoughtfulness!
P.S. I chose the hot spring package because I don't like scary things, and I'm having a relaxing and enjoyable time thanks to you.

We booked a massage for our family of three and were able to have the massage in the same room. We opted for the 60-minute Rice Farm Massage, and the skilled therapists made us feel incredibly light and refreshed afterward. The staff was very courteous and made sure to confirm various details before starting the massage, which made us feel very comfortable and secure. Communication was primarily in English, which was convenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying massage experience and we were extremely pleased. Great value for the price, highly recommended!

Atmosphere: The whole spa is very comfortable. Listening to the water sounds is so relaxing. The package we bought is perfect for couples. There's a large bathtub for us to soak in a flower petal bubble bath. After the spa, you can go to the restaurant next door for tea (included in the package), but since we had already booked another restaurant, we didn't stay. My friend went and said the portion was huge, practically a full meal 😂

The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing, the grounds beautiful. The water flowed and pleasant music played. The massage was pleasant and relaxing, but nothing special. Overall, I was satisfied. A bit pricey. No drink was offered.

We walked here from Monkey Forest. The surrounding area is a beautiful forest and valley, raising expectations. Upon arrival, we relaxed in the stunning infinity pool (the pool is offered free of charge to those receiving spa treatments). Afterwards, I received the Bisma's Journey treatment. The sandalwood scrub felt like it was purifying my body and was very pleasant. Also, perhaps due to the surrounding environment, it felt very mystical. It was a good experience.

my partner and I did a 90 minute recovery couples massage. the room was clean and relaxing. there is access to a toilet and afterwards you can also shower if you wish. the massage therapists were fantastic, very good in English and always checking in to ensure pressure was adequate. would absolutely recommended treating yourself when in Ubud!
