Good for anyone staying in Tokyo and keen for daytrips to places like Izu, Karuizawa, Tochigi etc. Really worth the price for a much adventurous and fruitful trip! After exchange the JR PASS, u could book tickets via the JR TICKET machine to avoid queues, convenient and hassle free. Highly recommended to those going Tokyo!

It was a pretty good experience. Perhaps the zip line staff have to be responsible for safety, explanation, and photography, and they can't handle everything. The photos were taken casually 😂, but it didn't affect my mood. I ended up using their GoPro cam and buying all the photos. However, the photo viewing machine was too slow, and it took a long time to select and buy the photos. Both adults and children loved this experience. If you have time, it's worth staying to play other rope net challenges.

The trip was smooth and there was 1 stopover. however it did not leave on time, it was scheduled at 5:15pm but left past 6pm.

I used it well for a day trip from Ito Station to Izukyu Shimoda. It was nice that the Shimoda Ropeway was included. You have to exchange the ticket at Ito Station or Izukyu Shimoda Station, but the exchange is not available before 9:00 AM, so I received a confirmation from the Ito Station ticket office and used it. I didn't have time to use the resort special train. It's not easy to ride the special train because it runs late in the morning (11:00 AM) and late in the afternoon (4:00 PM). Next time, I would like to try the resort train.

Extremely clean, the driver was 10 minutes early to pick us up and told me about many different attractions along the way. Today's trip was super enjoyable and I took a lot of beautiful photos. The driver also took me to eat at Xiaozuo, which was super delicious! It was the best tempura shrimp rice I've ever had, super delicious, and the tempura shrimp was bigger than my face.

This is a pass for people who are going to travel around Shizuoka and the area around Mount Fuji, who have time and are not in a hurry, because you can only ride local trains. But it's very worth it, you can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji for free, ride the bus to Kawaguchiko for free, and ride the bus in Hamamatsu for free.

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

our driver messaged us the night before saying its crowded on our trip day. and true enough it was crowded with so many locals lining up for store sales. we started at 8am and arrived around 930am but since the car going inside took a while we had to walk about 1 kilometer. it was an easy walk rather than spending 1.5 hours in the car inside. we ended up paying 2 additional hours due to traffic coming back but yeah we were supposed to meet him around 4pm but he did say anything there ia just a charge of 5k yen per hour if we exceeded the 10 hours. i think he did save us some time since he was also cutting in line in the express way hehehe... overall it was a good choice since there is also a free shuttle to the parking coming back from the outlet. with our purchases and going there on Jan 2 which was a sales period, discounts reached up to 65% so it was really a good choice even though you have to line up in some stores 👍
