The driver took initiative to contact me. He was punctual and professional and is an expert navigator allowing us to experience a stress free journey.

Our driver was Mr Sun Zisheng and he was incredibly helpful. He comms the day before on WeChat to arrange pick up. His driving was very safe and stable even for winding roads. He had VIP access so no need to take any shuttle bus, and also helped us to purchase tickets for the Great Wall and for the ski lift and tobbagan down. He checked whether we needed toilet stops and accompanied us up the wall to help us take some family photos though admittedly his photo skills not so great. Then left us to explore. We chose to go to the Ming Tombs so he suggested we eat lunch at the base of Great Wall as there won’t be much options for food along the way. overall, an enjoyable experience.

Tour was great!! our guide (donna)contacted me early the day before, to determine if i was eligible for hotel pickup. unfortunately my hotel is outside 3rd ring. so we met up at dongzhimen subway station exit c. if u r taking a taxi from yr hotel, do factor in traffic conditions n include extra time. tour bus left at 8am n reached after 1.5hr. my package includes entrance ticket and cable car ride. all tour buses/cars cannot enter park. so we alighted at the car park, walked 2 mins to park entrance, used passport to enter. we took park shuttle bus (abt 5km ride) to cable car/open lift/slide way area. many cafes/restaurants around here. we walked 5mins up to take cable car. walk is steep n has stairs. do pace yourselves. cable car reaches post 14. we bought extra ticket to take slide way down from post 6. slide way was exciting and safe. we bought lunch fr tour restaurant n food was delicious. left park at 240pm and reached art Muesum subway station arnd 430pm due to heavy traffic.

Our driver Xiaoli was very good, the car was comfortable and the driving was safe! The arrangement was also very considerate, allowing us to pick fruits in the orchard at the end, which added some fun to our trip to Mutianyu! She also asked us to buy tickets one day in advance to reduce our waiting time!

We are so glad to have booked a vehicle to take us around town. The driver (Mr Zhu) provided excellent service and recommendations. We had two destinations planned but left it to him to suggest other places for the day. All good. Mr Zhu was accommodating and also shared his knowledge of local history. We had a very comfortable MPV for 4 of us. I highly recommend this service and company.

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

Ping An our driver picked us up on time. he was kind enough to haul out our luggages and load them in the car. thank you so much for your kind service.

Bought the ticket on Klook and it took roughly 5 days before I got the confirmation email. Took the bullet train from Shanghai to Beijing (for 4.5 hours). Seamless check-in. You just need your passport.

The same driver who was arranged for my airport transfer from Beijing Airport to my hotel on the 30 October was also arranged for my return transfer to and from Universal Studios Beijing 4 days later on the 3 Nov. Pickup from the hotel and from USB back to my hotel was easy. Had also decided to extend my time at USB by an hour at the end of the day and the driver simply accommodated my change in pick up time via a quick and simple WeChat message. Recommended!
