I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in the art of sword forging. It will be a lifelong treasure, both in reality and in memory! 🔨 Instructor/Communication: No Japanese language skills are needed. The instructor uses translation software to explain and communicate throughout the process, ensuring you understand the sword forging procedures. The instructor is very kind and professional, providing ample emotional support, leaving you not only with a wealth of knowledge but also a strong sense of accomplishment. 🔨 Experience: You might notice that the shape of the sword we made differs from those of other visitors. This is because we emailed the instructor in advance to discuss the desired shape (we planned to make the handle ourselves at home). The instructor confirmed it was possible and prepared a customized sword blank for us on the day, also adding steps to create a blade pattern. Participating in the complete process and crafting the sword in our minds step by step was incredibly moving. (The above-mentioned additions to the itinerary were agreed upon with the instructor for an additional fee.) 🔨 Time: Because there were two of us, and we had an extra-cost itinerary, we spent about 7 hours there (including breaks). The instructor guides each group individually before moving on to the next, so if you come as a group, estimate that it may take a little longer than the time stated on the website.

I’ve a 2 years infant - she & the driver very helpful with the stroller. Didn’t get to take the boat ride due to bad better - got 100% refund. it’s a 5 star for Naomi 🎉🥳

Highly recommend joining this tour. Himeji Castle is a very historic and beautiful castle. Koko-en Garden next to it is also very serene and picturesque. There's a great restaurant in the garden, but because you have to queue and we didn't have enough time, we weren't able to eat there. Afterwards, we went to 'Arima' to soak in a hot spring and had some snacks in the town to relieve the fatigue of climbing Himeji Castle, and finally went to Mount Rokko to enjoy the night view, completing a happy trip. I also want to thank the driver and the tour guide Ni-san. Especially the tour guide, who was very professional and humorous, making the whole trip not only informative about the history of Osaka and Kobe, but also full of laughter. It was truly an unforgettable trip.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. This one-day tour of Mount Rokko and Nara with OrengeBus was great! The itinerary was meticulously planned and packed with activities, ensuring that my family and I had a lot of fun. I booked the package with transportation but without Mount Rokko tickets. Before meeting the tour leader, I was worried that not buying Mount Rokko tickets online beforehand would be a problem. However, it turned out to be a good thing I didn't buy them online, because the tour leader helped us purchase group tickets with the team. As a result, each person received a free snow sled. We also had free time to go to a restaurant for a bite to eat, take some photos around the area, and then decide when to play with the snow sleds. The tour leader gave each of us a snow sled voucher, so the whole family didn't have to be tied together and exchange the vouchers at the same time. It's very inconvenient to take photos while holding a snow sled. The other members of our group who purchased tickets online using QR codes had to do everything together as a family of eight, and they said they felt very restricted. I was so lucky that I asked the tour leader to help us purchase tickets, so we could enjoy more benefits. Thumbs up to the tour leader! Nara Park in the afternoon was also great. There were many tourists, and some places were sold out of deer crackers. The tour leader helped us find places where we could buy deer crackers and also introduced us to delicious local snacks. Thank you, tour leader Meggie, and thank you, OrengeBus! I will definitely join OrengeBus tours again in the future.

A fun-filled trip featuring a wide buffet spread with free-flow snow crabs, followed by fresh strawberries picked straight from the farm and enjoyed on the spot, ending the day with a relaxing shopping stop that rounded everything off perfectly.

The ski resort was great. The sledge was so fun. The only negative part is that they would leave us if we are just late like 10minutes. Example they said to assemble at 8:00am we went 8:10am but they said they would depart at 8:30. They just didn’t wait for us and we paid big money for this.

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

I'm very grateful to our guide, Hanazawa, for being willing to run the tour even with a small group! We departed from Osaka at 7:00 AM sharp, and the meeting point was clear and easy to find. The pace of the entire tour was perfectly managed. Hanazawa accompanied us throughout the journey, and was not only friendly and enthusiastic but also a great photographer, capturing the perfect angles so everyone could create lasting memories. He also carefully explained the origins of the names of the various Oji shrines, adding depth to the mountain trail. The route from Hosshinmon-oji to Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine was very accessible, with flat and easy paths along the way. The last stop was a local favorite foot spa, which soothed our tired feet after walking seven kilometers, bringing the trip to a perfect end. Overall, it was a fulfilling and therapeutic experience, and I highly recommend taking a day trip to the mountains when visiting Osaka!
