Clean facility with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is good if you have transportation. A supermarket and local shops are just a few minutes away. It's important to know that there is no regular restaurant service. If you wish to eat there, you should notify them about an hour in advance so the meal can be prepared. The view towards Mount Agung is beautiful, but power poles and lines might obstruct the view slightly depending on the room. The surroundings are rural. In the mornings, roosters and birds can be clearly heard, which some might not find peaceful. Positives included the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, and the overall pleasant atmosphere. The room had air conditioning and hot water. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for travelers looking for a well-maintained accommodation away from the tourist centers.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We were able to book shuttles at the front desk to go to other places on the island. However, the hotel facilities (especially in the rooms) are really quite old and feel like they need to be updated. Otherwise, you might be able to find better accommodations on the island for the same price.

Excellent two days trip to the island. The tour guide/driver was super helpful, professional photography and video skills. The package included everything I need, so we can focus on enjoying the beauty of the island.

This was our first time in Bali, and we chose to hire a private car to explore Nusa Penida. Our guide was fantastic! He drove safely and was very entertaining. Knowing we were Chinese, he even played Mandarin songs in the car, and he sang them beautifully! We opted for the West route, and he also took us to some less-known spots like Kelingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, and Broken Beach. He helped us find the best photo opportunities at each location and even took videos that were perfect for social media. The trip was wonderful and very relaxing. The lunch spot he arranged was delicious, even for our Chinese palates. A big thank you again to my guide and driver, AgusNPA. We'll definitely look for him again on our next visit!

We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience.
The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

the ferry was as good as it can be. it has air conditioning. they give out water and seasickness pills. be prepared for the VERY bumpy ride. the boat was THE TANIS.

We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person.
Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. The whole itinerary was well-paced and we got to fully enjoy every spot.
If you’re planning a trip to Nusa Penida, we 100% recommend booking with Ngurah. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The guides were very sweet. Our snorkelling experience wasn’t the best due to extremely high currents. However, everything else was fabulous, the guides covered all the places and got us back in time for our ferry. Mr. Didi & his friend (who had amazing music taste!!) were really good, all transfers were very smooth. Thank you 😃
