It was absolutely amazing. Being surrounded by a school of manta rays felt like a dream. The cost was approximately 16,000 yen per person. The hotel pickup was on time, and after about a 20-minute drive, we arrived at the port. From there, we took a high-speed ferry to Lembongan Island, then transferred to a smaller boat to land on the island. We changed clothes on Lembongan Island. They provided a full set of equipment. We boarded the diving boat at the pier and headed to the diving point. The photo service was 350,000 rupiah for two people. I hesitated a bit but decided to go for it. It was definitely the right choice and highly recommended. Now for the first dive. The ocean was beautiful, and there were many fish. The second dive was for the manta rays we came to see. Since there were no manta rays at the closest manta point today, we traveled for about 40 minutes to the next manta point. We had been informed about this in advance by the tour company, and it cost an additional 150,000 rupiah per person. As soon as we arrived and entered the water, there were manta rays! This is a cleaning station for manta rays, so several of them were swimming slowly. There were even baby manta rays. The manta rays played with us, approaching us again and again. They came so close you could almost touch them. However, you must never touch them. It was a blissful 40 minutes. The staff were cheerful, polite, and incredibly attentive. Tatan, who dove with us, is very fluent in Japanese, so communication was easy and reassuring. Of course, English is also perfectly fine! For all Japanese people, there's no reason not to dive with this shop. The same goes for English speakers. You are guaranteed to see manta rays! I will definitely dive with this shop again next time!

If you only have one or two days and want to go diving, this is very convenient. You can stay in the city, and a driver will pick you up from your hotel. There's no need to go to the island yourself to find a dive shop or buy boat tickets, as they have their own boat that goes directly out to sea. Overall, the experience is excellent.

Clean facility with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is good if you have transportation. A supermarket and local shops are just a few minutes away. It's important to know that there is no regular restaurant service. If you wish to eat there, you should notify them about an hour in advance so the meal can be prepared. The view towards Mount Agung is beautiful, but power poles and lines might obstruct the view slightly depending on the room. The surroundings are rural. In the mornings, roosters and birds can be clearly heard, which some might not find peaceful. Positives included the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, and the overall pleasant atmosphere. The room had air conditioning and hot water. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for travelers looking for a well-maintained accommodation away from the tourist centers.

Personalet på hotellet var meget venligt og servicen var god. Vi kunne også bestille transport til andre steder på øen via receptionen. Dog er hotellets faciliteter (især på værelserne) virkelig lidt gamle og trænger til en opdatering. Ellers kan man nok finde bedre indkvartering til samme pris på øen.

We had a lovely day out at Nusa Penida thanks to Klook and their super friendly and kind local staff. Alex delivered us safely and speedily to Port Sanur, chatting with us about bali and our home country. He helped us navigate the very crowded and somewhat dysfunctional port and we managed to board our ferry with little hassle. A short and comfortable ride later, we arrived on the island and were off onto another boat for snorkelling. Had a fantastic experience seeing all the bali marine life - including a turtle! We then met our private driver Oka who was the highlight of our day. Oka drives the difficult Penida roads like a pro and told us all about the island, was happy to answer any questions we had. He showed us to each location on the itinerary and waited nearby, we never had any trouble finding him. He was also very happy to take some photos of us in front of the beautiful spots. Thank you Oka and Alex for making our day amazing!

We booked this trip for the 15/06/26 and it did not disappoint. it is 100% value for money. The level of detail with the booking from start to finish, we started the day being picked up from our hotel on the island, has a safety Briefing were the staff were lovely and made you feel welcome from the start. we chose to get a private tour and our guide Opan was incredible, so friendly, really calming, funny and was very patient. He made our experience what it was. We didn’t see any mantrays which was unfortunate but they are wild animals and you can’t always expect to see them which we new at the time of booking. However we were lucky that we got to see a turtle that our guide went in search for us. He also took all our footage so we could just enjoy the experience. this alone made up for not seeing the rays. our captain krunchung was also very friendly. the service at the end providing refreshment was such a lovely touch.
