Hotel Location: Excellent, close to the outlet park and stadium, making it the perfect choice for shopping or catching a game! Service: A wide variety of baths are available, which is really great for those who enjoy soaking in hot springs! Luggage storage is also very convenient!

The location is superb!!! There are JR, convenience stores and shopping malls within a 5-minute walk, and another shopping mall and Costco are a short walk away! We are 2 adults + 2 children under 3 years old sleeping together, and the bed space is enough. The hotel also specially prepared baby toiletries, which is very considerate! I love their bathroom space design. The small space can actually design a shower, sink and toilet independently! The amenities prepared by the hotel are of very good quality. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson, and a massager is recommended. The hotel also has a public space with coin-operated clothes washing and drying machines and microwave ovens. You can go to the supermarket next door to buy lunch boxes and microwave them! I originally booked this place to go to Disneyland, and I really think this is the best decision I made! I will definitely choose this place next time!

A bit small room, did the purpose of 1 night sleep because our flight got cancelled at Narita Airport. location is good to the station

I love the neighbourhood. walking distance to JR Chiba Station, monorail, Chiba Park, lots of eateries within shopping mall and local restaurants. The location is very convenient to explore Chiba and nearby vicinity with easy access, cheaper food and accommodation options and less crowded than Tokyo. Highly recommended.

this place it great! friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet, stellar location. Front desk agents were comfortable with English, if that’s a concern. room was clean and service was great. this is… an aging facility but really well cared for. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing to stay in the Chiba area- very convenient access to the train station and also many great food, drink, and shopping options within just a 5 minute walk. perfect for what we needed.
