I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. This trip not only allowed me to appreciate the natural wonders but also feel the cultural charm. Highly recommended for friends seeking personalized adventures! Our guide, Ji-Jie gave very good service and all the activities were completed as planned. Everything went smoothly during the tour. She always made sure everyone was okay and well taken care of. The tours went very well and were well organized.

Our private tour guide was Zheng Yu, although we didn’t speak Mandarin fluently, he made sure to bring a translator so we could communicate at all times. He was very funny and lovely making the trip worthwhile. He went out of the way and logged our luggage through snow town to made sure we had the best time. If anyone gets him in the future, you are very lucky !!!

This tour is amazing led by our lovely leader Xiao ji. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, being a native, and shared unsurmountable history about the places we visited. In event there is language barrier, she is quick to use language translator to ensure smooth communication and avoiding any misunderstandings. She is also attentive to all of our needs, and can accommodate modt form of compensations in event things dont go to plan and ensures the tour always moves at a precise time. Absolutely recommended
