what a wonderful experience for me and my family! not only was this a top notch private tour but our guide/driver mr xu was truly amazing. not only did he take us to all our destinations safely but also gave us alternative itenerary for experience ls that was not possibke due to weather conditions. all the hotels were beautiful and comfortable and breakfasts we all buffet styles except for the one in snow town homestay wc was very disaapointing since it was just congee and egg and not even coffee was offered…. aside from that all the experiences were amazing! thank you for making our christmas 2025 magical!

I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience on my first trip to China with Klook! My driver and tour guide, Mr. Chua, made this adventure truly unforgettable. As a Singaporean, visiting Harbin's sub-zero temperatures was both nerve-wracking and exciting. Mr. Chua turned my first China trip into a memorable one, with highlights like ice skiing, snowmobiling, ice sledge rides, feeding reindeers, and fishing under snow. A standout was Mr. Chua's preparedness - he provided backup power banks when mine were confiscated at the domestic flight due to China’s CCC regulations. Even with bad weather blocking our Changbai Mountain plans, Mr. Chua customized an awesome alternative: snow fishing + charcoal steamboat (a unique twist vs Singapore's electric ones!). My wife (Malaysian) and I loved the trip. Mr. Chua's firm-yet-friendly approach handled curveballs (like steamboat hiccups) efficiently, keeping us on schedule. Highly recommend Mr. Chua for a smooth, memorable Harbin adventure!
