I had a great time these past few days and was very lucky to see Tianchi. The customer service representative, Sammi, was very patient in communicating and following up in the early stages. Special thanks to the travel consultant for their attentive service and timely feedback throughout the whole trip, which made it especially worry-free. The team leader was also very professional, and both the scenic spot tours and itinerary arrangements were very well-organized and reliable.
