nice food and good service. Chef James cooks in front of us. He is very nice and kind. Food is tastey as you can see from the pictures.

Nick was a fantastic guide, friendly, knwliedgable and attentive. he totally made the day trip to Hemji Castle and Arima onsen a fun and enjoyable one. Kudos to Nick San 🫶🏽The tour itself was well organised. the bus was comfy and the driver was professional and drove very safely. we spent the morning and lunch at the castle which was just perfect. and the onsen was also lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🫰🏽

We went on February 8th, two families in one minibus. It happened to be snowing that day, and we saw Himeji Castle in the snow, so beautiful! After arriving at Arima Onsen, the snow gradually got heavier, and some roads were closed. We couldn't go up Mount Rokko, but the driver cooperated with our schedule and departed earlier to return to the city, avoiding being stranded on the mountain.

Our guide and driver, Saifu, was very thoughtful, sending a video of the meeting point to our group, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. When we arrived at Mount Rokko to see the night view, it was still a bit bright at 7:30 PM, and it looked like it was almost time to gather and head back. Saifu, not wanting to disappoint us, announced a 20-minute extension, which allowed us to enjoy the legendary million-dollar night view. We are very grateful! Regarding the itinerary, we suggest shortening the time at Kobe Port and extending the visiting time at Kitano Ijinkan so that travelers have more time to explore.

We had a great time in Himeji and Kobe! The atmosphere was so peaceful… slow, calm, and serene. Mr. Cao is a great driver! He is very approachable, friendly, and organized, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! ✨

wonderful tour, enjoyed the walk around ikeda where the cup noodle museum is located, Arima town is beautiful , must wear sneakers for the long walk. Enjoyed all the activities, thanks to Junyoung our guide who snapped amazing photos for the group

My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our Kobe tour on May 29, 2026. Our tour guide, Wang Qi, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the entire trip. Wang Qi provided interesting information about Kobe's history, culture, and famous attractions, making each destination more meaningful and enjoyable. The tour was well-organized, and the guide ensured that everyone was comfortable and had enough time to appreciate the sights and take photos. We especially appreciated Wang Qi's patience in answering our questions and willingness to assist us with directions, local recommendations, and understanding Japanese customs. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude greatly enhanced our overall experience. Thanks to Wang Qi, our visit to Kobe became one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The driver was excellent and drove very safely. From start to finish, the trip felt like being guided by a friend. He took care of my family and me meticulously. The car was clean, and the itinerary was comfortably and appropriately arranged. Five-star rating!
