Nick was a fantastic guide, friendly, knwliedgable and attentive. he totally made the day trip to Hemji Castle and Arima onsen a fun and enjoyable one. Kudos to Nick San 🫶🏽The tour itself was well organised. the bus was comfy and the driver was professional and drove very safely. we spent the morning and lunch at the castle which was just perfect. and the onsen was also lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🫰🏽

Our guide and driver, Saifu, was very thoughtful, sending a video of the meeting point to our group, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. When we arrived at Mount Rokko to see the night view, it was still a bit bright at 7:30 PM, and it looked like it was almost time to gather and head back. Saifu, not wanting to disappoint us, announced a 20-minute extension, which allowed us to enjoy the legendary million-dollar night view. We are very grateful! Regarding the itinerary, we suggest shortening the time at Kobe Port and extending the visiting time at Kitano Ijinkan so that travelers have more time to explore.

wonderful tour, enjoyed the walk around ikeda where the cup noodle museum is located, Arima town is beautiful , must wear sneakers for the long walk. Enjoyed all the activities, thanks to Junyoung our guide who snapped amazing photos for the group

We went on February 8th, two families in one minibus. It happened to be snowing that day, and we saw Himeji Castle in the snow, so beautiful! After arriving at Arima Onsen, the snow gradually got heavier, and some roads were closed. We couldn't go up Mount Rokko, but the driver cooperated with our schedule and departed earlier to return to the city, avoiding being stranded on the mountain.

We had a great time in Himeji and Kobe! The atmosphere was so peaceful… slow, calm, and serene. Mr. Cao is a great driver! He is very approachable, friendly, and organized, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! ✨

Our guide, Jo Jung, was the highlight of the trip. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He shared interesting facts about every place we visited and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He was also patient, accommodating, and never made us feel rushed. And of course, thank you for the little treats along the way—he made us feel like kids again! 😊 The itinerary was well-planned, and ending the day with the breathtaking night view from harbour was the perfect finale. This trip to Kobe was truly unforgettable, and I especially want to give a big shout-out to our tour guide, Rick! 👏🏻 Rick was incredibly dedicated, effortlessly switching between English and Chinese with perfect fluency and no awkwardness. His explanations throughout the tour were detailed and engaging, showing his deep knowledge and passion for Japan. Besides sharing historical backgrounds, he also pointed out scenes and settings from Japanese dramas that took place in the areas we visited, which gave us a deeper understanding of Kobe and left a more lasting impression. Moreover, Rick's recommendations for local food were spot on! The ice cream and bread in Kobe were absolutely delicious, each one clearly made with care, adding so much to our trip 😋 **A little anecdote:** When we arrived at the entrance of Mount Rokko, we realized we had accidentally left our wallet at a Lawson convenience store in Arima Onsen. We were really anxious, but Rick remained very calm and immediately helped us contact the Lawson staff. We were even luckier to encounter a driver from his company, who, without hesitation, drove us down the mountain to retrieve our wallet. The entire process was efficient and thoughtful, and we are truly grateful for their help! This trip was not only fun but also filled with heartwarming human kindness. Good people deserve all the best 🫶🏻 I wholeheartedly recommend Rick as a tour guide; he is professional and reliable. I will definitely book with him again next time! 🌟
