When problems arose, the Klook team's guide and driver were able to respond and share information immediately. 3) Time Management: There was ample time for sightseeing and lunch, and the time management for shuttle buses, cable cars, and each attraction was clear. 4) Support Services: Water, oxygen cylinders, and warm clothing were prepared, eliminating any worries. 5) The Klook team's service staff were attentive and friendly, and worked diligently to arrange the details of the itinerary.

The driver was very kind and helpful. She gave great descriptions of where to go, despite the language barrier for myself and others in the group. Communication was clear via wechat which meant we were on time to see all attractions on the itinerary. She provided warm jackets so we were comfortable exploring in the mountains. Really enjoyed this tour and would recommend for anyone who wants to see Yulong Mountain!

Had a really smooth and well-coordinated trip 👏 Highly Recommended! From the start, 小舟 managed everything efficiently—clear itinerary details and even arranged hotel pickup for a small additional fee (60元), which made things more convenient. The day before the trip, the driver/guide 携手 followed up with very clear instructions. Pickup was punctual at 5:35am. We were especially impressed that the team secured early tickets to ascend Yulong Snow Mountain by 7:30am (up to 4,506m). We descended by 8:30am—the higher climb to 4,680m was closed due to heavy snow the day before, making conditions slippery and unsafe. Next stop was Blue Moon Valley—transfer was seamless, we arrived around 9:20am, spending about an hour. After that, lunch was provided (simple pork hotpot with rice and vegetables). It was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. We then headed to the Impression Lijiang at 1:30pm, which wrapped up the experience nicely before returning to the hotel around 3:30pm.

A must-visit when in Yunnan! In my opinion, joining a day trip like this is enough to explore Shangri-La and experience the Tibetan vibes. The overall experience was good and the gorge is beautiful and a must visit. the only flip side was that the driver was the guide and he mentioned all the information only in Chinese and therefore we had difficulty in understanding most of the things.

Master Shen is reliable and meticulous. He arranged for complete equipment and constantly reminded us of important details. Blue Moon Valley is beautiful and great for photos. Although there were some altitude sickness symptoms when ascending Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, fortunately, Master Shen had us bring an extra oxygen tank, so we still managed to climb to 4,591 meters. Highly recommended!

Great service with clear communication from the staff. A special thanks to our driver, Ms. 秋, for being so enthusiastic and supportive during our Snow Mountain trip. Despite our limited Chinese, she guided us perfectly using texts and images. She even arranged an early transfer back to the hotel when we finished our glacier tour ahead of schedule. Driver is really helpful in navigating multiple places in a day. Even though we were late to the parking lot at the end due to many people. Driver demonstrated good amount of patience and send us to hotel safely
