• Before the tour, pay attention to the local weather forecast. Yunnan is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, where the day-night temperature difference is large. Please bring enough warm clothing to protect against the cold. Yunnan has strong sunlight and intense UV rays. For prolonged outdoor activities, please wear a sun hat, sunglasses, and apply sunscreen to protect your skin. The weather changes frequently, so please carry rain gear.
• Yunnan has high mountains and steep slopes, with strict speed limits. The destination is at a high altitude, and the oxygen content in the air is low, so the tourist bus speed is sometimes only 20-30 mph when going uphill. We hope for your understanding!
• Yunnan is a minority ethnic region; please respect the religious and living customs of the local ethnic minorities.
• Travel essentials: raincoat or umbrella, sports shoes, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, insect repellent ointment, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, etc. (Lijiang has a large temperature difference between morning and evening, please bring slightly thicker clothes. It is recommended to bring sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, light and warm jackets, and wear travel shoes.)
• Yunnan is a major tourist province. During your trip, at scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, and restrooms along the way, there are local specialties available, ranging from jewelry, jade, Huanglong jade, silverware, and silver ornaments, to fruits and local produce. The goods are dazzling; please choose carefully and compare prices. Do not purchase "three-no" products (products without a production date, quality certificate, or manufacturer). When purchasing goods, you should ask for a purchase invoice and relevant certificates, and keep the invoice and certificates properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Redemption information

• This group tour activity includes a Chinese driver and a Chinese tour guide service. To avoid affecting your travel experience, you need to be able to communicate in basic Chinese, otherwise, you will not be received. Please understand!
• Yunnan is a plateau region. Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnant women, and other groups unsuitable for high-altitude activities are advised not to choose this product.
• This activity takes place in a high-altitude area. Tourists over 72 years old must be accompanied by someone of normal age, otherwise, they will not be admitted. We appreciate your understanding!
• During a group tour, if a tourist leaves the group without authorization, it will be considered a breach of contract by the tourist, and the travel agency's service relationship with the tourist will automatically terminate. After leaving the group, the travel agency will not be responsible for any accidents that occur during the period the tourist is away from the group.
• Most tourist attractions in Yunnan operate on a pre-card system. Once a card is issued, fees cannot be easily refunded. If a tourist cancels their trip, tickets are non-refundable. Additionally, due to package discounts, tourists with special certificates (such as senior citizen cards, military officer cards, student cards, or disability cards) will not receive a refund for discounted attraction fees! If a guest leaves the group midway through the tour, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment of the trip, and fees will not be refunded. The guest will be responsible for covering the costs and any resulting consequences!
