We had such an amazing experience with our guides! Our driver, Kadek, was incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable. He had great recommendations for local food, activities, dining, and nightlife, and was even super helpful when we needed to figure out how to get cash out internationally through local banks. He was funny, patient, communicative, and always willing to help. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better, more trustworthy driver! Our Jeep driver, Lya, was the absolute best! She constantly made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to help us get the best photos on Mount Batur. She knew all the best spots, showed us how to pose, and found the most insane and unexpected angles. She kept encouraging us to take more photos to make sure we got the best ones! Overall, Kadek and Lya were some of the best guides we’ve ever had. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. We’re so grateful and would 100% recommend! 10/10! ❤️

The scenery was absolutely stunning—I couldn’t stop saying “wow”! These beautiful places made me feel so calm and peaceful. I also want to give a special thanks to my friend and guide for this trip, Oka. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made my trip to Nusa Penida even more wonderful and memorable. Overall, a great experience despite a rough start. Our original driver didn’t arrive on time, and we waited almost an hour at the hotel, thinking we would miss the dolphin tour. Thankfully, Bily and his team took responsibility and quickly arranged a new driver, Kadek, a new car, and even a private boat to make up for the delay. The captain was experienced and got us quite close to the dolphins several times. We also had plenty of time for snorkeling. Kadek was friendly and helpful, and even brought us to a bonus stop to enjoy the lake view and see some monkeys. What matters most when travelling is how problems are handled, and the team made sure we could still enjoy our day instead of simply cancelling it. The only downside was the paid shower after snorkeling, which wasn’t very clean. Lunch was a little pricey, but tasty with a nice environment. Overall, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. Thanks to Kadek, Bily and the team!

We had an amazing experience watching the sunrise at Mount Batur with our guide, Kadek Agus. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional throughout the entire trek. He made sure we were comfortable, guided us safely, and even helped us find the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The sunrise was absolutely breathtaking, and having Kadek Agus with us made the experience even more special. He was patient, encouraging, and happy to help with photos as well. Highly recommend Kadek Agus to anyone planning the Mount Batur sunrise trek. A wonderful guide and a great experience overall! 🌅⛰️

This activity is highly recommended for people who wants to try surfing. It's not just for beginners or first timers but as well for intermediate surfers. Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. And kudos to the whole team, like really The Whole 27 SURF TEAM , for the good vibes always and everyday! Happy surfing!

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

Hands down one of the best experiences of our trip! Pandiya was a fantastic helper and guide throughout the entire ATV ride. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. I loved how he gave us room to actually drive and enjoy the experience once the terrain was good, while still keeping a helpful eye on us the whole time. Had such a great time out on the track—thank you, Pandi, for making it so special!

I had an incredible time taking a surf lesson at Daddy & Mom Surf School! The teacher was super friendly, patient, and explained all the techniques clearly, making it easy to catch my first waves even as a beginner. On top of the great guidance, the lesson was very affordable for the top-notch quality you get. Surfing here is a total must-try experience when you're in Bali!

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming.
