The day with our driver, Gede Sukartana, was the best day in Bali! He was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. He fulfilled our every wish and planned the route with our desired destinations perfectly, organizing the timing seamlessly. To save us time, he even picked up the tickets for us and chose clever ways to avoid traffic jams. Thanks to his experience, skill, and a bit of luck, he also managed to spontaneously organize a helicopter tour for us in Uluwatu, creating a truly special moment for us. We felt completely well cared for the entire day and can absolutely recommend Gede as a driver. If we come back to Bali, we would book him again in a heartbeat. all good, our driver is kind and always smiling and can communicate well in english and we had fun taking with him while travelling, we did not get bired because he was also entertaining, we also invited him for lunch and recommended a good place to try Babi Guling (lechon version of Indonesia)

I used this service for a transfer from a hotel in Ubud to a hotel in Nusa Dua. There was a mishap when we were getting picked up because the road to the hotel was closed, but the hotel staff and the driver discussed a detour over WhatsApp, and we arrived safely, which was such a relief 😊 The driver was always smiling, very pleasant, and drove carefully to get us to our destination safely 🎵 I am also very grateful that they accommodated my requests ♥️ It was cheaper than taking Grab, so I definitely recommend using this service ✨✨

Boat that we used was better than the one we rode going. It was extremely fast and we barely felt the rough waves so if you prefer a boat that won’t make you dizzy, this is a good choice.

I saw the 6:00 PM show. I recommend making a reservation in advance, as there are capacity limits depending on the time slot. I watched it a second time. Since I had read about the content beforehand, I was able to understand it and enjoyed the viewing experience. Even with a prior reservation, I still had to purchase a separate entrance ticket for Uluwatu Temple. It seems the Indonesian government is trying to get money from foreigners, as all prices have increased. However, I love Indonesian culture, so it can't be helped.

The driver was nice and drove good. I had upgraded the 18 seats to a bus, it’s a bit old but at least spaces to sit comfortably. The guide was half an hour late, and we were counted 1.5 hours overtime.
