This activity is highly recommended for people who wants to try surfing. It's not just for beginners or first timers but as well for intermediate surfers. Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. I had an incredible time taking a surf lesson at Daddy & Mom Surf School! The teacher was super friendly, patient, and explained all the techniques clearly, making it easy to catch my first waves even as a beginner. On top of the great guidance, the lesson was very affordable for the top-notch quality you get. Surfing here is a total must-try experience when you're in Bali!

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

We had an amazing experience with the ATV ride and rafting activities! Both activities were exciting, fun, and full of adventure. The ATV ride was thrilling, and the rafting experience was fantastic, with beautiful scenery along the way. A special thanks to our amazing guides, WAWAN and MARTAWAN, for being so friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the activities. They made sure we felt safe and comfortable while having a great time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure! Great tour. Well planned. Driver came early morning and everything unfolded systematically. Driver in Nusa Penida also suggested some poses and camera movements for reels which was cherry on top. Snorkelling was fun. I got proper guidance and he captured crazy photos of me even though I wasn't able to jump at one location. Safety factor was well ensured and life jackets were given to us.

nyoman daus was very nice he took us to a great spot on mount batur and took a lot of beautiful pictures of us , he was caring and kind . He then took us to Black lava and told us about the place and the volcano.

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. We had an amazing day trip with Kadek from Bilys Team! We started early in the morning to see the dolphins in Lovina, which was a truly magical experience. After the dolphin tour, we asked Kadek to take us to some waterfalls. He was very flexible and happily agreed. On the way back to our villa, he made two wonderful extra stops for us: first, we stopped to see the monkeys by the road, and then he took us to a mini zoo. Kadek was a great driver — safe, friendly, and very accommodating. He made our day unforgettable. Highly recommended! Thank you, Kadek and Bilys Team!
