Mosaic at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur

Second time to Mosaic and I would say the desserts are superb, especially the cream brûlée, mango pudding and chocolate cake coated with chocolate. But this time the seafood selections aren’t that much, perhaps due to smaller crowd. Dishes changed from last month, I would say overall are good and would recommend it to others

The food variety less but all are delicious. The staffs were friendly serving the food . Selected coffee and tea is free. The environment and dessert is yummy. t

Seems like MO never reserved the place for Klooks order. however, they react fast and still get us comfortable place at Lounge. Food was acceptable but not that much of choices. we have plain water and tea. Nice Christmas deco at hotel lobby.

We always loved Mosaics. This voucher is a steal. Food always good. They serve the freshest oyster. Staff was excellent. They treated and attended our requests no less than other full paying customers even when we were using klook vouchers. MO hospitality never disappoints.

Very great experience in MO. I booked for 2, not include my kids, but MO staff help us secured seat for 4 persons. Even I booked through Klook, they still gave us 5stars service. The foods really good and fresh. The dessert also unforgettable because too delicious! Will definitely repeat MO again.

Good food, especially their grill lamb & grill beef. Good service too. You can order your tea, coffee or chocolate with waitress. There is no oyster for lunch and we don’t know whether they provide ice cream for lunch.

Service is superb, our names weren’t on their guest list because we booked from Klook and no phone reservation was made prior arrival, but they managed to sort it out in a second and brought us to our seats. Besides that, their staffs are very attentive and respond quickly to our requests. Perhaps it’s due to CMCO, the food spread didn’t have a lot of options, but every dishes they served are top quality. Sashimi and seafood are extremely fresh, all the meats (beef, chicken, lamb) and the veg dishes are scrumptious. Desserts are good, got a lot of mousse shot and the best one for me is the chocolate shot. Never a fan of carrot cake but their carrot cake surprised me!

A great dining deal for Mosaic Restaurant patrons. The grilled lamb and fresh seafood was sumptuous! SOP measures were adhered by the restaurant and diners.

The atmosphere was nice. But a little disappointed with the choices of food buffet. Was expecting for more variations. The ice cream machine broke and cannot be used. No ice cream for that night.
