Cancellation Policy
- The water level for Kuala Kubu Bharu is depending on the water flow released by KKB Dam, sometime the Dam will close the water. If the Dam close water/water released too low, then the rafting will not be able to proceed at Kuala Kubu Bharu, so the operator has the right to change the venue to an alternative river location located in Ulu Slim Perak, a drive distance of about 1 hour (from Kuala Kubu Bharu to Ulu Slim). This is applicable to all customers once the booking is made with payment. If you refuse to switch to an alternative river location, the rafting ticket is considered unused services and non-refundable.
- Please note: The dam is controlled by local authorities and the decision to release water was made on a daily basis

- The water level at the river is oftentime unpredictable, so make sure you listen attentively during the safety talk and have your life jacket or personal flotation device on throughout the journey. = This whitewater rafting trip is suitable for groups and people of all abilities and ages, from 8 to 60. It’s a great family activity but is not recommended by children below the age of 8.

Had a wonderful time with RAFTASIA team. They are professional, the equipments are good and the guide lead is very friendly. Food served after the rafting session is good as well. They helped us took lots of photos through out the whole journey using good phone cameras too!

This is my second time to participate this activity with my colleague as “team building” with Raftasia. Is really fun and the coaches are very nice, friendly and makes a lot of fun with everyone. My colleagues and I are very happy with their services provided. We definitely will join again!

Overall satisfied and would recommend if you’re adventurous enough plus photos were well taken by the team (we didn’t had our phones with us). Our guides were very experienced and overall experience was good, except that would suggest wearing shoes instead of slippers as we had to get off the boat and walk due to low water current (it can get quite slippery).
We had so much fun & it was really out of the world experience . Was given a very clear instructions & briefing before we embarked on an adventurous river journey. Our guides was very professional & efficient in making our entire journey smooth. This is definitely an event we will be back again for sure. Good activity to get away from the citylife in KL. Short drive from KL. Our guide was funny and friendly and gave us clear instructions to steer the raft. Waterfall drops was very exciting to get an andrenaline rush. Do bring extra clothes and you can have a shower near the end point after the activity. Food provided after the activity and our guide was kind enough to send us back to the nearest station. 10/10 activity and 10/10 would reccomend.
Overall satisfied with the water rafting, there are several points where we stopped and rest while we played with the water, there was ample snacks and lunch provided was superb and they help document all the moments for you. 10/10
