location is right at the heart of Ximending & close proximity to Ximen Metro. Staffs were accommodating. they give coffee, cake, snack vouchers. room’s basic yet clean & comfortable.

A nice hotel to be recommended since its near the MRT Station, Rainbow Walkand Ximending Night Market . Very accessible, with clean facilities and nice Staff. If I may suggest, it would be better if there are different variation of foods to be served every breakfast. But as an overall rating, I am satisfied during my 4 days & 3 nights stay at the hotel! 👍

Ximen Citizen Hotel was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Taipei! It’s super affordable, yet offers comfort and cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The staff cleans the room daily and even changes the sheets every day, which made our stay feel extra fresh and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — just 3 to 5 minutes away from the lively Ximending shopping district, tons of great restaurants, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly, and well-located hotel in Taipei, this is it. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Best location to stay in Ximending. Short walking distance from Ximen Station Exit 6 and to the night market. Check in and check out was smooth with free room upgrade. May free coupons pa for patries and coffee. I just wish na no need to call for housekeeping every morning, can do better on that part. Had problem with wifi on the first day that I cannot connect all my devices but went okay the next day. Staffs are all helpful and welcoming.

Located in the heart of Ximending! Just few minutes walk from exit 6 ximen station. The place is very clean and organized although a little bit rustic as per design but I really did enjoy my stay. They will not offer toiletries (except shower gel and shampoo that already attached to bathroom’s wall) and bath towel (although you can rent for 50NTD) so be sure to bring your own or just buy there as the hotel is right across of Cosmed. The place might tend to be noisy as there is a bar downstairs (you can ask for an earplugs and they will give it to you for free). You can also use their dorm fridge, microwaves and cooker so you can just cook if you’re saving money. If you’re looking for cheap and clean place to stay, I will highly recommend this hotel!!
