More responsive hotel staff. On our check out date, one of the front of house staff was sleeping and we had to be the one to wake up and inform them that we are checking out. But if location is your preference, this is near train stations.

The room is clean. The breakfast buffet is good, and the menu changes daily. The bathroom is clean. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The location is good. There are many convenience stores nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel. It is close to bus stations and a bit of a walk if you need to ride an MRT. Overall, this stay was good.

I love how spacious our room is, and the location is good. Carrefour is just right across the street! The staff are very friendly & very accomodating❤️The shower's water heater takes time to warm the water but it works (you just have to let it run for 5mins or less)!

the building itself is nice and historic. Location is close to the subway station (大橋頭), walking distance is about 10 minutes. interior is pretty standard and nothing surprised but the room size is a lot bigger than most hotels that located in downtown.

"Great stay at Hii House Taiwan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was spacious and the location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. It was fairly clean, though it could've been a bit tidier. Price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay. Recommended!"
