Our family of four stayed here and found the reception staff to be friendly. It's very close to the Miramar shopping center, practically next door. Dining and kids' entertainment are very convenient. The beds were comfortable to sleep in at night, but the air conditioning was a bit strong.

Clean and comfortable with great service. The lounge is conveniently equipped with a microwave and toaster oven. The complimentary snacks and coffee are a thoughtful touch.

The lobby's fragrance and the sunlight streaming through the atrium create a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are also courteous and polite, making for a great first impression. Upon checking in, I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to an Executive Corner Twin Room, which features a living area and sleeping area. The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable!

Service: Excellent, although it's a bit of a shame that you can't choose your preferred room type. Hotel Location: Very convenient, easily accessible by MRT, bus, or car.

Located a 5-10 minute walk from Songshan MRT Station, the environment is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are very clean. Slippers are provided, and there's free coffee in the lobby, which is delicious. The staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent, with endless options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. You'll never get tired of exploring! The front desk service is outstanding, and the facilities have everything you need. Highly recommend the breakfast!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — cozy, friendly staff, and free luggage storage. Loved the shared lounge on the 7th floor for relaxing and snacks. The nearest MRT is about 800m, but a bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location, and the staff are very polite. The food is delicious, but the Plum Blossom Hall is very popular, and you can only register on-site to wait for a table. I will definitely choose this hotel again when attending events at the Taipei Arena.
