This time, there were two of us. Today was the eve of a public holiday, and East Point City was bustling, but the service was still excellent. This is a pet-friendly place, and you can tell the staff genuinely love animals. The animal feed is a bit pricey at 20 yuan per portion, and the quantity is very small. They might consider lowering the price or increasing the portion size to encourage more visitors to buy it. The mall has air conditioning and no unpleasant odors at all. The children had a great time. You can buy tickets on Klook on the spot, which are instantly usable and a bit cheaper.

The overall environment is clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and a welcoming atmosphere permeates from the reception lobby to every floor. With unlimited fruit and drinks, a comfortable environment, and most importantly, no smoke odor, plus karaoke, board games, and movies—basically everything you could want is here. It is definitely worth a try, especially since you can just drop by without having to bring much.

We went on the weekend, and it started getting really crowded in the afternoon. The venue is smaller than expected, so when it is crowded, it feels very cramped and noisy, creating a strong sense of oppression. The rides are suitable for young children.
