【Buffet Offer】Shenzhen Shangri-La Hotel Buffet

The staff service was friendly, but the food quality was very poor. Most of the food was not hot enough. Many of the dishes mentioned on the single person buffet lunch details page for Saturdays and Sundays were not available. For example, steamed scallops, Peking duck, tiger crab, grilled squid skewers, Italian fried pork chops, and roasted duck and pork were completely missing. The very small amount of soft cheese was never refilled. Salmon sashimi was also not refilled later on. The hot pot had no meat at all, no prawns, and no fatty beef. A few frozen mussels and baby squid were considered the seafood. Steamed yellow croaker with black bean sauce and steamed scallops were also nowhere to be found. There was no pan-fried sea bass, only a small amount of basa fish fillets. The skin of the Western-style roasted pork was extremely hard. The coffee machine ran out of fresh milk later and was not refilled. I don't think I saw any lemon slices. Today is Sunday; if it were a weekday, there would probably be even less food. The restaurant's air conditioning was insufficient. In conclusion, this is a place I would not visit again!

Very nice experience. The food variety is good, the whole environment is also nice.

The staff were polite and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and I will come back again next time.
