great for weekend, not too crowded compared to other hot springs, but more variety of fruits would be better, can order coffee latte for free, food in the restaurant were amazing, me & sister had chinese massage 90 min, lucky my sister had good therapist(dress in blue & white uniform) but mine was terrible( white uniform old lady) frequent playing/voice messaging her phone, one time she even fell asleep while doing my head massage & i have to tell her if she awake to masaage, technique sucks don’t even hit the correct pressure point too bad i forgot to ask her number… but rest of the staff were very helpful ….if i want to go again maybe but not massage with that lady waate of my money & time

The decor is very new and the place is very clean. The service staff are very friendly. Although the location isn't in the city center, you can take a taxi there. Afterwards, if you show proof of the taxi fare, you'll receive a rebate of $30 per person to spend on-site. You can use it for food. For 3 people in one taxi, it only cost $25, but we received $90 in total, which we could use for breakfast – excellent! The food in the restaurant is also not bad. Overnight stays are available in the relaxation lounge or the "wormhole," which is quite nice. There's also a fairly large heated indoor swimming pool, VR and video games, and a PS5. The massage service environment is also good. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was that the pictures showed Haagen Dazs ice cream, but when we got there, the free ice cream was domestic. Haagen Dazs cost extra. Also, the advertised chocolate fountain wasn't available, and the variety of fruit was relatively limited. The watermelon refills took a long time. However, there were many types of drinks, as well as hand-squeezed lemon tea, coffee, and milk tea. When leaving, there's also a shuttle bus to the subway station. Overall, the service staff are very friendly and polite. We had a pleasant weekend vacation.

Great value! We had 8 adults and 1 child, and ordered two 3-person sets, which was plenty of food. However, it would have been better if the seating arrangements were managed more efficiently. We arrived at 6:30 PM and didn't get to eat until 9:00 PM. So, it's best to go at 6:00 PM to secure a table, otherwise, you'll have to wait over 2 hours for a tent spot.

Apart from the slightly remote location, 👍👍👍 everything was very satisfactory. The staff were enthusiastic, proactive, and polite. We are vegetarians and didn't have to worry, thanks to the restaurant staff for listening patiently and arranging vegetarian meals for us. Technicians 918/919 were very strong and worked diligently throughout the whole session, relieving all fatigue. Looking forward to coming back again soon. 😃

Environment: Been there so many times and it's always very clean. Service: Satisfied Atmosphere: Very comfortable Facilities: Complete Massage therapist: Tried a few times, and I feel that most of the technicians here have good skills. But this time I met one, 023, who I currently think massages very well, hitting all the right spots and is a good person. So I'm praising her and will look for her again next time for a Chinese massage.

Facilities: Excellent Masseuses: Technicians 005 and 006 are highly skilled, friendly, and polite. They adjust the massage pressure according to customer requests, use authentic techniques, target pressure points effectively, and are very engaging. I will request them again for my next massage. There is a free shuttle to and from Yin Ho Subway Station. In addition, there are free shuttle buses to Lo Wu Port / Lok Ma Chau Port, and the journey takes about 20 minutes, which is quite convenient.
