Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. My boyfriend and I had a blast! We went on a Friday night and almost had the whole place to ourselves. Wished the karaoke booths offered more English songs, though... there were barely any.

The spa was really big with good facilities. It provides unlimited food and drinks. Also, it provides VR, games and resting areas. The massage was really nice too!

The environment was comfortable and clean. There’s only few people in weekdays so you can relax nicely. The therapist is professional as well.

It's good! There are many staff members on duty. If children are running around and disturbing others, and no parents are present, the staff will proactively investigate. Since there are no restaurants or restrooms inside, you can enter and exit freely.

I spent about 600HKD in total including breakfast, dinner, drinks, scrubbing & overnight charge. The facility is new & clean. I had a great time with my friends.

Very easy purchase and entry process. Great place for children to burn energy and even has a restaurant on-site! Mix of prepaid activities as well as optional "pay to play" activities or retail purchase items

it was amazing experience for me and my husband. we do the 100mins Full thai body massage with the essence oil. it was a mix of thai and chinese massage which i really enjoy coz it really soften my fatigue body, my muscles are somehow so soft and relax after the massage. and the masseur are all neat, well manner, know their line, quiet, professional.,the reception are also respectful and really give her/him their best to understand what we meant. very polite as well and always assist us through our time in their shop. also they have some hot tea and fresh cut fruits after the massage.
