OCT HARBOUR tours

As someone who speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, there were no language barriers. Thanks to the kind guidance, I was able to look around comfortably. It's best to mention what you want in advance, but even if you tell them on the spot, they will do their best to accommodate you. I was able to experience drone delivery and robot taxis, and visit the showrooms of various companies. If you want to test drive a car, please mention it in advance. It seems there are specific times available for test drives. I didn't do a test drive because I wanted to see other things. In particular, at Huaqiangbei, I not only saw things but also gained a lot of insight in a short time, thanks to the vivid sharing of personal on-site experiences. Thank you once again.

Overall it was a great robotics experience with my guide, Vivian. We started the tour with a business class train ride to the drone delivery pickup point and then rode a driverless taxi to the drone delivery dropoff point to pickup our milk teas. i also saw robots making coffee which is very cool. and they make ice creams too! A stroll in Talent park where you can find a bench that wirelessly charges your phone. Next a trip to Inno100 where i experienced various robotics innovations (i was tempted to bring home some lol) Then a visit to the bambu lab where i learned all about 3D printing. The last stop is Xiaomi where i got to checkout the cool YU7 and other Xiaomi products. Vivian was really nice and super helpful and made sure i enjoyed the tour. i hope to explore other parts of SZ next time with her

1. Driver Ms Wang is super friendly and chatty, giving us a lot of information about the places we went. She also asked us about the places we had already visited and gave alternative places to go. 2. Ms Wang was able to plan the route to ensure that we have the best experience and go to all the places we have priority.

It's a great value with food included. I recommend not eating too much beforehand. However, the queuing arrangements were a bit chaotic at times. As for the location, they've moved to the Kam Tin store, which is more convenient than their original location. 👍 If possible, a middle seat would be more convenient, as the sofa seats make it difficult to take photos.

We did the 8h private tour with Loe. Honestly, most of the places we visited you could probably visit on your own, but Loe really elevated the experience with her stories & insights about the city. The highlight was our private lunch at Crowne Plaza - superb dimsum, amazing view & such fun chatting with Loe & getting to know more about SZ. In hindsight, not being able to experience the drone delivery lunch was probably a blessing in disguise! The driverless taxi was another eyeopening experience. It could have been a longer ride but we chose a nearby destination, so that’s on us 😄 The tour is on the expensive side, but for us it was worth it. I brought my parents along (my dad’s an electronics geek!), and I could tell he really enjoyed himself. Even though I’ve visited SZ multiple times, I came away with a much better understanding of the city & better yet, a new friend! We did the tour in Mandarin, but Loe is fluent in English too. Would definitely be open to more tours with Loe!
