Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. Minulla ja poikaystävälläni oli todella hauskaa! Kävimme perjantai-iltana ja meillä oli melkein koko paikka itsellämme. Olisin kuitenkin toivonut, että karaokekopeissa olisi ollut enemmän englanninkielisiä kappaleita... niitä oli tuskin lainkaan.

Kylpylä oli todella suuri ja siellä oli hyvät tilat. Se tarjoaa rajattomasti ruokaa ja juomia. Lisäksi se tarjoaa VR:ää, pelejä ja lepoalueita. Hieronta oli myös todella mukava!

The environment was comfortable and clean. There’s only few people in weekdays so you can relax nicely. The therapist is professional as well.

Se oli upea kokemus minulle ja miehelleni. Saimme 100 minuutin täyden thai-vartalohieronnan eteerisellä öljyllä. Se oli sekoitus thai- ja kiinalaista hierontaa, josta todella nautin, koska se pehmensi väsynyttä kehoani. Lihakseni olivat jotenkin niin pehmeät ja rentoutuneet hieronnan jälkeen. Hierojat olivat kaikki siistejä, hyvin käyttäytyviä, ammattitaitoisia ja hiljaisia. Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli myös kunnioittavaa ja teki parhaansa ymmärtääkseen, mitä tarkoitimme. He olivat myös erittäin kohteliaita ja auttoivat meitä aina vierailumme ajan. Hieronnan jälkeen tarjolla oli myös kuumaa teetä ja tuoreita hedelmiä.

I had Yaya as my masseuse, and she was very very thorough and clearly very experienced! Without me even telling her, she was able to target my tense spots especially neck and shoulders and paid extra attention to those areas. she's very observant of my reactions, a couple presses were a bit hard and she adjusted without me even needing to say anything. Very good service and she was very attentive all throughout! she uses a balanced mix of hard pressing and sweeping motions, good balance of relaxing and therapeutic for tense muscles. the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, and accommodated me very well despite our language barrier. The massage room is very intimate and quiet, they have blackout curtains and the ac temperature was perfect. the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. i was very satisfied, thank you for the relaxing experience, I will definitely be coming back here again! ☺️☺️❤️
