Really enjoyed the Tokyo City Sightseeing Tour Bus! It was an easy and fun way to see many famous places around Tokyo. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The audio guide was also interesting and easy to understand. We got the 18:50 timeslot and were able to experience sunset. Great experience overall — I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. We went on 22 October 2026 and are fortunate to see a little bit of autumn foliage. The tour does not feel rushed as we can explore the places at our own time. The English and Korean speaking tour guide, Jeffery, is also enthusiastic and taught us some basic Japanese for everyday use. Overall, a highly recommended trip.

It was a thoroughly well organised tour. Our guide (Tim san, as seen in the 6th photo holding a pink panther ‘flag’) was extremely polite, helpful, and engaging. He recommended many dos and donts, which were cherry on the cake. Even the lady bus driver was sweet and professional. Overall, we had a great time, and would highly recommend booking this service.

we were originally going to 2nd shop but weather messed that up. luckily they quickly helped to get us a different tour in Tokyo Bay the same day and it was such a great experience to street kart on the roads of Tokyo and driving on rainbow Bridge. instructor: Olly was experienced and fun to have as a guide.

I dont know how this hotel is only 3 stars. our experience was above and beyond. we did spa treatment and took a private onsen for an hour. if you want to spend half a day in tokyo with your partner on a rainy day it's such a good option!
