Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. The puppies were very cute and the yoga instructor was very Zen and professional. We really enjoyed the session and also playing with the puppies after that.

In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

Our captain was incredibly professional. He decisively led us to another body of water, tracked the dolphins' location, and we chased them several times. The most special part was being able to witness the dolphins' graceful vertical spins firsthand. We also had the chance to swim with the dolphins and saw groups of them underwater. This dolphin tour was truly unforgettable.

It was perfect! We left Ubud at 2:30 AM and arrived at Mount Batur around 3:30 AM. Our driver, Sudi, was very friendly. Upon our arrival, Gede equipped us, and we set off for the ascent. He perfectly matched our pace, which made the climb very enjoyable. Once at the summit, we had breakfast (hard-boiled egg, bread, banana, cereal bar, and coffee or tea). Afterward, Gede explained several things about the volcano, which was very interesting. He also took some great photos of us. A big thank you to Gede for this experience. I highly recommend this activity!

Aesthetic and scenic, with plenty of photo spots. I tried the coffee luwak, and the staff provided a great explanation of the process. It’s recommended to visit in the morning when it’s less crowded. Be mindful that there are many steps, and some areas can be quite steep.
