We were picked up from the ferry at Sanur Harbor early in the morning from the SR Coffee Shop. Ari and her team did an excellent job as tour operators, and I am very thankful for them. The trip was a very enjoyable one.

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!

Hello, we embarked on a Mount Batur tour during our Bali trip with high hopes. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky enough that it didn't rain, allowing us to take great photos with wonderful scenery. In particular, we sincerely thank Coco, who provided very satisfactory service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very kind attitude. It was a very meaningful experience to have such an impressive time. If you are traveling to Bali, be sure to apply for the tour and ask for Coco. It will be a choice you won't regret. Everything went okay. Our hotel transfers were smooth and the Buddy the driver was so helpful with information on things around Bali. Ferry transfer for Nusa Penida was a little bit hot and compact. Snorkelling trip was fun even though the waves were crazy high. Our driver and guide Komang for Nusa Penida was great. He showed us around and helped take our pics. All in all, everything was almost smooth (except for the road around Nusa Penida 🤣🤣🤣) and we absolutely had fun. Very recommended!

i booked for my parents this tour in bali and MADE ARSIDI was our guide. He did such a wonderful job bringing them around and taking awesome pictures of them. My parents said he was the best tour guide they have had. We had an incredible day exploring Ubud in the comfort of a private car. Our driver/guide, Dhany, made sure we get to see everything on the itinerary. He also has a passion in cinematography. He takes very good photos. He led us to the less crowded, quiant but pretty photo spots. We enjoyed our tour with him. As for the transfer from Sanur Point to Nusa Penida, we had trouble finding the meet up point but once we found it, everything was smooth sailing.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip! From being collected in Kuta to the very end, everything was perfectly organized. The tour guides were fantastic — friendly, professional, and always focused on safety. They helped us get ready, guided us in the water, and showed us Nemo fish, turtles, and the incredible manta rays — that experience was absolutely breathtaking! After snorkeling, we enjoyed a lovely lunch and an island tour that was beyond perfect. We had the very best day and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali!

I must say that Bara (Guide) and Uncle G (Driver) exceeded our expectations. Their wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanor made our trip truly unforgettable. Bara's proficiency in English was particularly impressive, making him an ideal guide for international travelers.
