Transport in Ha Long

The office contacted us a day ago about the rough pickup time and other driver details, and exact pick up time and vehicle number was given one hour before our pick up time. All the commnications were through Whatsapp. The driver welcomed us to our seats and drove safely along the way from Halong Bay to Hanoi. For us, they specified that we will be transported by another car from surburban Hanoi to center Hanoi, it's not comfortable as the limousine, but it's still good. The driver was kind enough to divert the backseat air conditioning vents to other direction, and he also checked the traffic before inviting us to get down at our destination. From this experience of us, they did provide great service for this minivan travel.

Tea was a wonderful guide! She always had a bright smile and a great sense of humor, which made the whole trip so much fun. She made sure each member of the group understood everything and was comfortable, so even those who didn't speak English had no problem participating. Anyone who gets to travel with Tea is incredibly lucky! 😄

Feels like we were artista because of the van. The seats were so comfy with charging port and a massage. It was a smooth ride with three stops.

On the way, we'll stop at a rest stop where you can experience a local Vietnamese rest area, as many Vietnamese people stop there to rest. The vehicle is spacious, comfortable, and highly recommended for family trips. Chartering the whole vehicle is a great option! 😆

if you get easily dizzy.pls do not use this better use limousine transport.. but the bus is clean, bed are comfortable..
