Hanoi - Ha Long Limousine and vice versa

Had a wonderful day! Tom the Tour Guide very knowledgeable and helpful! Good amount of time at each location, if you want to the seafood for lunch get in quick.

Tea was a wonderful guide! She always had a bright smile and a great sense of humor, which made the whole trip so much fun. She made sure each member of the group understood everything and was comfortable, so even those who didn't speak English had no problem participating. Anyone who gets to travel with Tea is incredibly lucky! 😄

Joining the driver's WhatsApp account made communication very convenient. The 9-seater vehicle was spacious and comfortable. We traveled all the way from Ha Long Bay to our hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Highly recommended! I'll definitely use this service again if I have the chance!

Our hotel was located in an alley in the Old Quarter, so the driver met us at the intersection 190 meters away, which I thought was reasonable. They took us directly to our hotel in Ha Long Bay, with one stop at a rest area along the way. No shopping stops. The driver was friendly and courteous, the road conditions were good, and we arrived in under 2.5 hours. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, with charging ports and Wi-Fi.

Even though my flight arrived earlier than scheduled and I didn't have any checked baggage, the driver was already waiting at the meeting point. We were able to get to the vehicle without delay, and after confirming my destination, I arrived safely at my hotel in the city.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how exceptional this company’s management was. When our Grab ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay got delayed, our driver reached out to them directly, and they handled everything so smoothly. They were incredibly understanding, responsive, and stayed in constant communication to ensure we could still make it on time without any stress. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their customers truly went above and beyond and saved our trip. If there were more stars to give, I would give them all — absolutely outstanding and highly recommended!!

Despite road closures and traffic control due to the Vietnam National Day holiday, we successfully arrived at the meeting point through efforts comparable to a 007 operation, and were safely dropped off in front of our hotel in Ha Long Bay. Thank you to the staff and driver for their hard work.

I contacted them via WhatsApp, and although there was a communication mix-up at one point (the platform confused the recipient, making me think I had to board earlier), I eventually got on the shuttle at the agreed-upon pickup point and time. I recommend choosing VIP seats for more comfort (since the ride is at least 2 hours). The boarding times are generally within a two-hour window, which is pretty good!
