Yes. You can request to cancel & refund your booking as long as your request is submitted more than 24 hours from your participation date.

No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made less than 24 hours from the activity date.

Please check the "Terms & Conditions > Cancellation Policy" section of your voucher for more information on when your booking is eligible to be cancelled & refunded.

Scenario 1: If your booking is still eligible for free cancellation & a refund, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking with your desired activity date.

Scenario 2: If your booking is not eligible for free cancellation & a refund, no amendments or cancellations can be made for your activity.

There must be a minimum number of 2 participants, and a maximum of 10 for this activity to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you may be required to reschedule or you may request a full refund.
