• Itinerary order may be adjusted depending on daily traffic and conditions, but all scheduled attractions will be visited.

• Children aged 0-7 may require a car seat depending on the vehicle type under WA road laws.
• Standard kids' meals are provided for children if the tour includes lunch; please book the adult rate if a larger portion is needed.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

Accessibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Child seat: Available for children aged 0-7 or under 145cm. One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
