Hanoi train station and the shops of Trang Tien Plaza are both roughly 5 minutes' drive from the hotel, and Hanoi-Noibai International airport is approximately 40 km away. The family-friendly city hotel is proud to have been certified as a 3-star hotel by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned conference hotel offers 51 rooms in total and welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, newspaper stand and lift access to the upper floors. Extra services include a tourist information centre and a beauty salon as well as a TV lounge, bar, café, pub and a restaurant.
