Fantastic

Deluxe Room · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

The room was spacious and clean. The staff are FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. Walking distance to old quarter. They also provided a printed hanoi guide/recommendations. Luggages can be left even after check-in and they even helped us carry our bags to the car. I also appreciated that they asked for our suggestions on how can they improve the place and their service, which reflects their value and customer service. Highly highly recommended.
