A nice little hotel that has everything you need. The staff is very helpful and kind enough to wait for me as my check in time is very late due to the delay on the bus from Sapa. The breakfast is very tasty and you can walk to one of the market (literally across the street).

The welcome drink was a nice touch, and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks to the team for surprising my mum with a birthday cake at the restaurant — it made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa for one night only, but we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside is the window in the room is pretty small, so not that much natural light gets in. We had an early morning flight, and the staff made sure we'd have breakfast to eat beforehand despite it being before opening hours. Thank you Ryan and all!
