super friendly staff. the place is awesome! the room we got was more than what I expected. internet was decent - I was able to work remotely. the place is also accessible to convenient stores and going to the main highway is no problem because the hotel offers free shuttle rides. the room is clean too! really good. cannot recommend enough

From the free shuttle to the hotel, throu lgh check in and check out, staff were wonderful and helpful. The in room private spring-fed bath was great. The bed was comfortable and the smart toilet worked as advertised. It is an easy and lovely walk back to the station through hot springs and parks and museums if you're up to it, otherwise the shuttle is available.

The site is secluded but staff is excellent. Enjoy my stay though the exterior of basement room I have booked is under reno and I'm unable to access.
