One of the best hotels you can stay in while visiting Taipei! Prime Location beside the Jiantan station [red line] which makes it ideal to go anywhere & this place is closest to the Shilin Night market so you can grab a snack there anytime. The facilities are modern & usually with a bathtub, The minibar is free & The room is spacious, upgrade your room a little & get the mountain view for that serene sight of nature in the morning, its amazing! The only difference between Jiantan & Shilin Tango hotels (their beside each other) is two things, noise isolation is better at Jiantan while the bfast buffet is better at Shilin. Jiantan has made to order meals while having an open salad & bread bar, Shilin hotel has open spread of what they prepared that day so you can refill on what you like. So pick what you prefer more better noise isolation or Bfast buffet haha, still 10/10 experience either way ❤️

Loved their room. The best hotel I have been stayed in Taiwan. Located beside MRT station which make it easy and accessible.

great hotel. wailing up with the green mountains view from the room was amazing. also it is across the street to the met station. Shilin night market is 5 minutes away and also there is a rout to climb the mountain across the street.

The Tango Hotel at Jiantan is located very near to Jiantan MRT Station (exit 2) and is very modern. Love the bath tub with tv plus bath amenties provided in the hotel room, very nice view of the greenery opposite from the full length windows. The hotel reception staff however are very unfriendly and inattentive. Many times guests walk in and out but I have never heard them greet the guests at all. They are also disinterested in answering questions and provide no service at all. What a shame, the hotel should employ new hotel reception staff or send them for training. The staff who served us at breakfast were friendly and welcoming though, kudos to them!

The location is super close to the MRT station. The room is very clean with electronic toilet seat n massage bathtub. I like it very much.
