stayed here for 4D3N. as a first time traveler to Taipei, it's very much accessible to a lot of places so it's great location-wise. in terms of services, front desk is available 24/7. during my entire stay there was never a moment that there was no one at the desk. check-in is also easy. self check ins are right to the left side of the entrance, if you have any difficulties, you can always ask the staff for assistance. we booked the twin bed room for two, so for pinoys like me, note that there is no bidet. also they've stopped providing single use toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as other stuff like combs, so best bring your own. if there are two of you, they only provide one keycard for the room so i think that's something to note. the one on the pic is the state when we're about to leave so it's a bit messy but room is relatively clean, it's reasonably sized for a two-person room. another thing to note is that walls are a bit thin, though muffled, conversations from other rooms can be heard but it's relatively quiet so unless you get unlucky with rowdy neighbors, then you can get a good night's sleep. staff are also nice and very helpful, if you need to use stuff like iron, you can borrow from the front desk for a fee and they will return your money when you return the item in one piece. i think that's all there is to my entire experience. will most likely book again if there will be a next time.
