We checked in super late and arrive at the hotel at around 9pm, the concierge at first immediately doesnt want to accomodate us and said can only accomodate 2 pax. i got upset and advised we booked tripple room accomodation via klook which is already paid for. He gave us the presidential room. room was very spacious and even have a jacuzzi. but the bedsheet pillow were all cheap. that made our sleep and rest very umcomfortsble considering the price was bit pricey compared to sapa budgeted hotels but pillows and sheets were quality linen. Please use quality linen sheets and pillow feather goose to make your guest stay comfortable and good quality rest since we all need that due to our hectic sked and long walks. the aesthetic of the room is just a plus but the comfort of the bed pillow and sheets are a must for all travellers

staff is approachable, nice and clean the room.. ambiance also .. near to airport..

Room is cleaned and spacious! will wtay here if i have transit or go for my next flight

Had a good experience here. Very far from Hanoi proper, but very close to the airport. Staff is very warm and helpful, rooms need improvement, but breakfast is Superb. This place is also budget-friendly.

Room was really big and clean, and staff is very accommodating. Also gave us 2 additional water bottles when we checked out

good location, good hospitality, good room, has a large room. but if you have a early flight before 7 a.m you couldn't get a breakfast
