i really love the staff theyre super friendly and accommodating!! i love how honest guest they have and the capsule i was in is very clean. it was near at ximen station exit 3&4, it just 5 min walk from the station. sleepbox hostel was also near at the convenient store like family mart, 7 eleven and subway that makes it easy for me to had a breakfast. cleanliness: super clean

Close to the MRT station, which is the biggest advantage. Free upgrade on weekdays, comfortable room, the location and environment are suitable, and the price is not expensive. Will visit again next time.

The location is very convenient, only a 3-minute walk from the MRT station, and close to 7-11/Family Mart convenience stores. The room is very clean, and the bathroom has a Japanese toilet and bathtub. Overall, it's a great value for the price!

I always booked this hotel whenever I go Taipei, view and hotel ambience is nice😍 The staff who welcomed us on first day is very friendly!

I booked a room and checked in on the same day, and the staff was very friendly. The female single room was just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and hot and cold drinking water was available in the common area, which also offered free coffee. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. The shared bathrooms were reasonably clean, but a foreign guest was soaking their feet in the public bathroom, leaving water all over the floor without cleaning it up. I suggest prohibiting this behavior.

The front desk service is excellent, and the facilities are complete. Eating, drinking, and entertainment are all within very close proximity, so you don't have to worry about going hungry late at night.

The overall environment is pretty good, and both the bathroom and room are quite clean. The only downside is that when the curtain is closed, someone on the top bunk can directly see into my personal space on the bottom bunk, so the privacy isn't great.
