I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

The hotel pickup and drop-off service was very convenient, and the scenery of Lan Ha Bay was amazing. It was great to have some simple fruit provided after kayaking and swimming.

The cruise was very relaxing, the food was very very good. It was flavourful and the portion sizes were perfect. The crew was top notch (shoutout to Lam and Duy) on Skyway and our tour guide Thai was awesome! The itenerary was packed but it never felt rushed. The staff organised with my friends to have a birthday cake for me after dinner (which we had our spring rolls that we made ourselves cooked by the chef)! The tour was very well organized with sufficient information being provided by our host Binh from time to time who is a great tour guide, an enthusiastic photographer and also pretty hilarious. The entire day was well planned and executed in a punctual manner. On the cruise, I loved the hospitality offered by staff, wide selection of food options, evening snacks and tea. Activities such as Kayaking, swimming, cycling etc also added to our pleasant experience.

For those of you who are considering a Lan Ha Bay tour, I'd like to share some helpful information! Our itinerary was: hotel pickup -> transfer to the pier -> cruise boarding -> kayaking/swimming -> lunch -> visit to Viet Hai village (doctor fish) -> return to the pier -> hotel drop-off. (Once you board the cruise, an English-speaking guide will explain the itinerary.) For those staying on Cat Ba Island, this is a great way to spend a productive half-day at a low cost. 1) Most of the guests are Vietnamese, but the English-speaking guide makes sure that no one feels left out. 2) Compared to other cruises, the quality is very good, and there's less boat vibration, making it more comfortable. 3) Lunch is buffet-style, and the quality is surprisingly good. 4) There's absolutely no pressure for tips or shopping, so you can just relax and enjoy your day~ Here are a few tips, haha: - It's not primarily for water activities, and the water isn't clear, so snorkeling is practically impossible. It's more for just getting in the water, haha. - Since it's mostly Vietnamese guests, it might feel a bit unfamiliar (frequent smoking on deck, chaotic meal times lol). - It's a different experience from tours arranged by Koreans, which are usually well-developed for tourism, but it's still a decent way to spend a day!

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

Nice guide, shared some facts about the local culture and island as well. Kayaking activity was great, not too crowded, also the biking on the island was fun with even more activities. Food was delicious. Only 8 rooms on the boat, friendly atmosphere. The downside is the logistics when docking and no clear communication about the timing nor about safety procedures. Also the transfer to the boat is a hassle which is not really the company's fault. Just take into consideration that the bus takes 3 hours then half an hour waiting for the ferry then again 40 mins on the ferry and then another hour to the main dock then approx another 45mins to get to the boat itself with your luggage. So you start the journey at 6:50 and get to your room on the boat around 13:00. Otherwise the itinerary and the adventure is great.

Although it wasn't a six-star cruise, the upgraded room on the Scarlet Pearl that KHANH arranged later was also quite good! Thank you, KHANH, for providing such a wonderful itinerary!

A fantastic cruise experience in Lan Ha Bay! The boat was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Visiting Dark & Bright Cave by kayak was peaceful and relaxing. Compared to the main Ha Long Bay route, Lan Ha Bay feels much quieter and less crowded. If you prefer a more relaxing atmosphere and want to enjoy nature without the crowds, this is definitely the perfect choice. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
