Fantastic day cruise around Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba! Our guide Tuna was polite, and took excellent care of us throughout the day.
The kayaking was excellent, the seafood lunch was fresh and delicious, the evening tea was nicely prepared and everything was clean and well organized. Beautiful views and great service from start to finish.
10/10 experience — highly recommend! 🌊🛶✨

We had a fantastic experience with Taliya Day Cruise! We arrived early at Terminal 36B, and the staff kindly guided us to the air-conditioned waiting room at 36A, which was equipped with four restrooms.
The cruise departed right on time, and the boat itself felt very new and well-maintained. Although some previous reviews mentioned that plastic water bottles were prohibited, there was actually no such restriction in place. The itinerary was well-paced and comfortable without being exhausting. Coupled with the warm, friendly, and attentive service from the crew, it was truly a wonderful and enjoyable trip!

While there are day trips available for Ha Long Bay cruises, I highly recommend an overnight stay if you have the time. The sunrise and sunset are truly worth seeing. I was worried about the transportation from Hanoi since it was my first time, but our guide, Lee, made such precise arrangements that I felt completely at ease once I was picked up! After boarding the ship, doing the canoeing activity makes it even more fun. I couldn't do it, so I joined via boat instead, but that was also a wonderful experience! I was worried because I was traveling alone and not very confident in English, but thanks to the wonderful nature of the staff and the other guests, I never felt lonely and laughed a lot. All the meals were delicious, and the room was lovely! The atmosphere was also great for anyone wanting to just relax. It was also an interesting experience to see people from so many different countries participating. We were blessed with great weather, making it a truly wonderful cruise.

I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time.
At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable.
Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well.
Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

The overall experience was chilled and the stuff is honestly accommodating with good English communication skills and Jenny helped me with whatever I needed and so did the whole stuff. The pool was good too, good is good, Overall experience 9/10 and it was Thursday but it was booked with more than 40 passengers on board , so no fine dining experience but it was good either way.

Celina cruise was an absolutely amazing experience. between the stunning and spotless rooms and the exceptional food and service, we can see why this cruise is one of the top in Ha Long Bay. Although a little on the expensive side, the amazingly comfy bed and stunning views make up for it. The pool was perfect temperature with a beautiful view and the activities on day 1 were great. Although day 2 morning activities were cancelled due to a thunderstorm, the cruise was still a perfect experience thanks to the unbeatable hospitality with amazing staff. Special mention to Felix, Phuong Anh, and Ronald for their exceptional service and always going above and beyond for us. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

Overall, it was great! For someone with no prior cruise experience, both the sense of occasion and the relaxed vibe score a full ten out of ten. The meals and service were both quite good!
Don't focus too much on the included excursion activities like kayaking and exploring the caves; unless you are a huge fan, you might find them a bit boring.
Fully enjoy your time on the ship—all the facilities and services make you feel like you are getting more than your money's worth!
From dusk to night, and into the early morning, the changing times of day always bring uniquely wonderful views!
The pick-up and drop-off were smooth, the service was enthusiastic, and it truly felt like a home away from home!
