We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall environment was nice, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. There was a little dust in some areas, which could be improved, but apart from that, the room was very comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious.
In terms of customer service, we would especially like to thank Mr Karthik, who was on the night shift and handled our check-in. He was very professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We would also like to appreciate a (chubby) male staff member at the breakfast area. Unfortunately, we do not know his name, but he was a Malay guy who was always smiling and extremely helpful. His warm hospitality made our breakfast experience even better.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bedding is comfortable. room has ceiling fan which is cool enough without air-conditioning due to the weather. breakfast is sufficient and good. quite new and overall happy with stay. carpark is linked and covered.

We had a wonderful stay. Imporvements can be in terms of preparing everything in the room before we move in, the towels were not in the room and came in only after an hour, but managable. I was not aware of the complimentary transport van, I think. these things should be told at the time of booking si that we can plan the trip accordingly.
